We bought two cakes, one for Harley, Maverick and Indy and one for those of us without fur.

Ice Cream
What's a birthday without cake AND ice cream, right? Next time we don't have time to take them to Bruster's maybe I'll get him some more Frosty Paws. All three of the dogs loved this stuff.

Harley was very excited about the treats until he got too close to the lit candle. Mom blew it out for him after he singed his nose on it.

Let Him Eat Cake
Harley forgot all about the candle once we gave him some of the cake. It was hard to get him interested in the presents until he had finished eating his piece.

More Cake
I'm glad I had chocolate cake, Harley's cake was a little dry.

And Ice Cream Caelidh was a little jealous that the cats didn't get any special treats. You can see him in the background, begging for just a little taste of Harley's ice cream.

Pile of presents It looks like more than it is because I rewrapped a couple of things he got for Christmas. I only got him a couple of new toys, but he likes opening presents and I figured he wouldn't know the difference. He didn't.

Tug Toy
Harley started playing tug of war with me before he had gotten his present fully unwrapped.

Another Gift This is one of his rewrapped gifts. I told you he wouldn't notice. He's scary smart, but he is still just a dog, you know.

Harley was shaking this one so hard it blurred the picture. Looks kinda cool, huh?

Attack Frog
This innocent looking frog sings "Singing in the Rain" while tottering across the floor in a very scary manner. Luckily we have Harley to protect us from the evil attack frog!

Rat We found this mechanical rat in the cat aisle. Obviously it was in the wrong place.

Rat Again
I have to get a video of Harley playing with this toy. It races around the room until he catches it and shakes it. He can't figure out why it won't stay dead.

Rats Forever
I think we should pick up a backup rat, because this one won't last long with a dedicated rat terrier doing his best to kill it.
