Carnation Plaza Gardens
Fast-food and entertainment area on the hub at Disneyland; opened August 18, 1956. At one time the Disneyland bandstand was situated here.

Carnation Ice Cream Parlor A mainstay on Main Street at Disneyland from July 17, 1955, where patrons can have a meal or just an ice cream confection. Carnation is one of the few opening day participants remaining in the park. In 1997, the restaurant became Carnation Café, moving into its former patio.

1 cup granulated sugar
6-oz can frozen concentrated orange juice
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
10 ice cubes

In blender combine all ingredients; blend for 1/2 minute or until ice cubes are crushed.

I used to get this really neat frozen orange drink in Disneyland. I don't have that recipe, but this is almost as good. Enjoy! ~~Becky
